Installation is straightforward. We recommend using stainless steel nails to secure the cladding directly through the tongue of the boards into the existing substrate or furring strips. Each order includes full installation instructions.

For indoor installations, no regular maintenance is required. If installed outdoors, which is not recommended and not covered by our warranty, the wood may naturally weather to a beautiful silver color over time. To maintain or restore the original color outdoors, you can apply a coat of oil-based sealant like HardWax Clear Oil as needed.

While our Thermo Fluted Cladding is treated to be naturally water repellent and includes a UV-resistant treatment suitable for various climates, it is primarily designed for indoor use. If you choose to use it outdoors, please be aware that this is at your own risk and such use is not covered by our warranty.
